The Autograph Events Team astounds me with their calm maturity in every situation. Nothing is too much trouble. Challenges are dealt with calmly and quickly. They are attentive and responsive. When Covid19 put paid to our incentive group winners’ trip to Rome, we enlisted the Autograph team to put together “Taste of Rome” gift boxes instead, complete with Italian roast coffee, Bialetti coffee maker, a set of pasta making tools and the perfect pasta flour. All beautifully packaged up in gift boxes, with a luxury card and a glass award in a presentation case. Our sincere thanks to the team for pulling out all the stops to create these lovely gift boxes and allowing us to make this gesture to our business partners. We were delighted with the results—and so were the recipients!

I’m a PA who has her own group of PAs in Autograph Events who offer a bespoke and personal service and have tonnes of expertise in the hospitality and events industry. We will have a quick chat over the meeting location, what I want from the hotel and my budget. Over the next couple of days I get a lovely Meeting Proposal document showcasing which hotels they have found, this details all the costs and even has a handy location map. They even throw in a Wild Card hotel so they keep me on my toes! They will get rates I wouldn’t usually be able to get so my meetings usually come in under budget. I bet you’re thinking “That’s an expensive service!” well it isn’t. Autograph Events have no fees so not only do they make me look great by finding great venues, my FD adores me as there’s no charge to the business for their service. I haven’t hesitated in recommending Autograph Events to the other PAs in my business as I know Autograph can and will deliver a great meeting venue!
